ResurFACE®

By choosing a 3JUVE anti-ageing and skin health treatment, you are on your way to achieving a completely natural look and feel. ResurFACE is the first and most powerful technology of the 3 used.

Targeting your epidermis and dermis (top 2 layers of skin), ResurFACE causes dramatic skin renewal and retextures the surface of the skin. This helps to smooth out any uneven areas leading to a ‘silky’ soft skin texture.

In addition to skin renewal, ResurFACE will help in the relaying of collagen fibres to dramatically reduce even static lines & wrinkles, deep acne scarring and stretch marks.

ReBRIGHT®

As we all know, ageing skin isn’t just about the lines and wrinkles we incur as we age, but also the noticeable discolouration of our skin (pigmentation and vascular outbreaks), which develop due to various factors such as diet, health, medicines, sun exposure etc.

ReBRIGHT technology eradicates virtually all signs of discolouration, by selectively heating and eliminating highly specific targets, which results in a flawless ‘airbrushed’ appearance, dramatically reducing the signs of ageing skin.

ReMODEL®

Gravity is not our friend when it comes to its effect on your skin, over time. A loss of firmness and sagging around the eyes and jawline (sometimes referred to as jowls) are usually the most obvious signs of ageing.

Utilising radio waves, ReMODEL causes micro-vibrations within the skin tissue to stimulate fibroblast cells which then produce new collagen and elastin, creating stronger, firmer dermal tissue. This leads to a subtle lifting and tightening of the skin that can greatly improve the loss of firmness.

Fractional Er:YAG Laser (2940nm)

DRAMATIC Skin Resurfacing

The multi award winning ResurFACE fractional Er:YAG laser delivers ablative treatments for dramatic rejuvenation results.

Helping improve the appearance and smoothness of a client’s skin, ResurFACE fractional laser delivers very similar results as other, more aggressive treatments, such as CO2 laser and injectable options, but with very few side effects and a much shorter downtime period.

Er:YAG laser at 2940nm directs a targeted fractional array to create tiny micro-sites of ablation (damage) in the epidermis (or top layers of the skin), resulting in dramatic skin renewal. This process retextures the skin for maximum smoothness, reducing the appearance of lines, tightening pores, and erasing irregularities.

ResurFACE may also be used elsewhere on the body and is particularly effective at rejuvenating the neck, hands and décolletage.

ResurFACE fractional Er:YAG laser can be used to treat a broad range of commonly occurring conditions, in addition to the award-winning skin rejuvenation e.g.

Acne Scarring

Atrophic Scars

Congestion

Fine Lines & Wrinkles Erasure

Hypertrophic Scars

Pore Tightening

Skin Dyschromia

Stretch Marks Minimising

Uneven Coarse Texture

How Does ResurFACE Work?

ResurFACE initiates fractional photothermolysis by utilising an Er:YAG laser at 2940nm. This wavelength (2940nm) targets water rather than melanin or oxyhaemoglobin and as the water absorbs the laser beam, it ablates microscopic columns in the top layer of the skin, which yields immediate inflammation and heat in the epidermis.

Heat then spreads into the dermis and stimulates the skin’s fibroblasts. This initiates the wound healing response and as the skin commences restoration, the body dramatically increases its production of elastin and collagen, which significantly improves the skin’s surface, wrinkles, scar tissue, stretch marks etc.

As ResurFACE generates a fractional laser beam, each column of targeted and controlled damage is supported on all sides by uninjured tissue, which means that the intact epidermis is protected against infection.

Continued regenerative signalling in the dermis, provides long-term skin remodelling.

Am I Suitable For ResurFACE?

As ResurFACE uses water as its chromophore (target) rather than melanin, it is suitable for most skin types.

However, extra vigilance must be taken with Fitzpatrick skin types IV to VI, as they present a greater risk of PIH (post inflammatory hyperpigmentation).

If your skin is tanned, by the use of either sunlight, sunbeds or any other fake tanning products, you MUST wait until the colour has left your skin before you may be treated.

Prior to treatment, you will undergo an advanced and comprehensive consultation, where details about your medical history are obtained in order to confirm suitability. Your skin will be carefully examined, and any skin irregularities, lesions, scars or comments will be documented.  Before proceeding, you will be asked to sign a consent form and undergo a test patch.

There are a number of health issues and use of certain medications/skin preparations which may mean you are contraindicated for laser resurfacing, in either the short term or long term:

HEALTH:

  • Cancer (or undergoing radiation/chemotherapy)
  • Keloid Scarring
  • Active Acne
  • Pregnancy
  • Epilepsy
  • Poorly Controlled Diabetes

If you have any questions regarding a pertinent medication or health issue you are currently anxious about, please get in touch, we would love to chat with you.

Should you find yourself unsuitable for fractional laser skin resurfacing, Clinic No 2 has a number of different modalities that yield similar fantastic results.

Please head over to the homepage, where a list of common skin concerns is evident; just ‘click’ your particular worry and find out all about how we can offer an alternative solution for you.

Our treatments are truly bespoke, and it is very rare indeed that we are unable to help in some meaningful and effective way.

What Does ResurFACE Entail?

Prior to treatment, you must first undergo an advanced consultation, where details about your medical history are obtained in order to confirm suitability. Before proceeding, you will be asked to sign a consent form and undergo a test patch.

A selection of anonymised photographs will be taken prior to the treatment, to accurately gauge your progress; baseline photographs are highly recommended to allow comparisons with past treatment results.

Once your skin has been assessed and patch test results have confirmed the ideal parameters to which the equipment should be calibrated, the step-by-step procedure continues:

1) Your skin will be cleansed and dried thoroughly.

2) Protective goggles are worn to protect your eyes.

3) The ResurFACE 2940nm handpiece is held perpendicular to the area of focus (face, hands, neck etc.) with the spacer tip in complete contact with the skin.

4) The laser beam is fired through the laser tip, and then gently moved along to the adjacent skin, with between 10% and 50% overlap – according to the condition (and clinical endpoint expected) being treated.

5) Once the first pass is complete, in accordance with the previously agreed strategy for achieving the best possible results, additional passes proceed in the same way.

6) Skin should exhibit small white spots in the treated area, which will then fade, once the skin has rehydrated.

7) Upon completion of the ResurFACE procedure, the skin will be red and feel sunburnt.  A cooling wet compress will be gently applied to the treated area, to soothe, calm and comfort.

8) Immediately after the skin has been cooled, an application of Lynton Light Soothe Serum will be smoothed on to the skin, which is known for its excellent cooling and antibacterial properties. The treatment will end with an application of Lynton Light Protect Daily SPF (SPF 50+).

How Does The Treatment Feel?

ResurFACE treatment can be mildly uncomfortable but no anaesthesia is generally required.

Most people describe the discomfort as moderate and acceptable, not unlike a quick pinprick and warm sensation.

Certain areas of the face and body tend to be a little more sensitive, but these are generally situated where there is less tissue padding beneath the skin; examples of this would be the backs of hands and around the forehead, where the bones and skull are fairly close to the surface.

Ideal Number of Treatments?

Improvement is evident after the first session, but for optimum results, 3 to 6 treatment sessions are often advised.

Treatment is carried out every 4 to 6 weeks, depending upon the level of rejuvenation required.

Pre Treatment Checklist

1) The area to be treated should be free from make-up, perfume, deodorant and body or face creams.

2) There should be no active tan or fake tan in the area to be treated.

3) Use of sunbeds or prolonged exposure to sunlight is not allowed in the month prior to treatment and Lynton’s Light Protect Daily Defence SPF50 or an SPF 30+ must be used on the area between treatments.

4) Suntans must be left to fade completely before treatment can start. Fake tans and gradual tanning products must also be fully faded before treatment can commence.

5) We reserve the right to charge for any appointment booked but abandoned due to active sun-tan or fake tan.

6) A medical history is taken at the consultation, but we rely on you to inform us of any changes to this. We need to know of any medication you are taking including those bought from a chemist or herbalist.

7) Make sure that you arrive in good time for your appointment; this will allow us to pre-cool the skin if needed.

Post Treatment Checklist

1) Following the ResurFACE treatment, the area will appear very red and may be swollen. It will feel hot and tender for several hours following treatment. The redness (similar to sunburn) and swelling may last a few days but can be minimised with the application of cold compresses. Facial swelling can be reduced by sleeping with your head raised on pillows.

2) In order to minimise skin heating and to reduce the likelihood of skin reactions, the treatment area will be cooled after the procedure.

3) Once you get home, you may like to apply a cold compress/wet flannels etc. If applying an ice pack at home, always put ice inside a clean plastic bag and wrap it in a soft cloth.

4) Do not allow ice packs or ice to come in direct contact with the skin.

5) While redness remains on the skin after treatment, do not indulge in heavy drinking, going to a sauna or heavy exercise. Those activities may increase the redness of your skin.

6) The skin will also feel quite tight following treatment and using Vaseline, Lynton Light Soothe Serum, or a gentle moisturiser for a day or two following treatment can help to relieve this. Test for sensitivity on a small area of skin before applying to the whole face.

7) Starting on day 2-3, the skin will appear flaky and have a bronzed appearance as the epidermal debris comes to the surface; this generally lasts for about 5 days. This is a positive sign and indicates that the skin is regenerating. If required, 4-5 days after your treatment, you can use a very light exfoliator to help remove the dry/flaky skin (providing the erythema has reduced and skin sensitivity has returned back to normal).

8) Keeping the skin well moisturised at this point will also help reduce the risk of tightness. Avoid cosmetics, bleaching products and perfumed products for approximately 48hrs after treatment.

9) Mineral make-up can be applied after this time, however when removing, use a very gentle cleanser and a lot of water and try to avoid vigorously rubbing the skin, as this may cause irritation.

10) If the skin at the treatment area becomes broken, then make-up should be avoided until the area is completely healed.

11) You must avoid hot baths/showers for 24hrs.

12) Do not pick at any flaking or crusting that may form.

13) The skin will usually return to normal by day 7 to 10, although there may be residual flakiness for up to 14 days.

14) Use Lynton’s Light Protect Daily Defence SPF50 or an SPF 30+ and protect the area from sunlight as much as possible between treatments and for at least one month after treatment ends. Failure to do this can lead to sunburn and hyper-pigmentation of the treated area. (Most cases of changes in pigmentation occur when the treated area has been exposed to sunlight or in people with darker skin types).

15) If blistering occurs, contact the clinic immediately for further advice.

16) Keep the area clean and dry and allow it to heal naturally.

17) Do not use any lotions or creams on open skin as this may increase the risk of infection.

18) DO NOT pick grazes or blisters – as this may increase the chance of a scar occurring.

19) Once the skin has healed, a high protection sunscreen should be used daily for 12 months to prevent pigmentation changes to the skin.

*For your peace of mind and well-being, at the end of your treatment you will be given an out-of-hours telephone number; your clinician will be on call 24 hours a day to answer any questions you may have*

ReBRIGHT® Faqs

IPL (585nm)

ERASURE:

Pigmentation | Vascular | Acne

ReBRIGHT utilises 585nm IPL technology to improve general skin tone and treat vascular and pigmented skin lesions.

NOT ALL IPL SYSTEMS ARE SCIENTIFICALLY EQUAL:

The pioneers of laser & IPL technology, Lynton’s IPL is the ONLY IPL that has the patented:

DynamicReflexTM IPL Ultra High Energy with Complete Flexibility

DynamicReflexTM IPL is the result of over 25+ years of experience in the development and manufacture of high-specification, medical-grade Intense Pulsed Light technology. From developing one of the world’s first-ever IPL systems in 1994, Lynton has gained vast knowledge and expertise in how to optimise their IPL technology, for unrivalled output and clinical result.

By eliminating red veins, areas of redness, sun spots and pigmentation, a flawless airbrushed appearance can be created, dramatically reducing the appearance of ageing skin.  Not limited to the erasure of pigment and vascular lesions, it has been known for some time that acne is a photo-responsive condition: shorter wavelengths seek and destroy the Cutibacterium Acnes or C.Acnes: C.Acnes are the bacteria that cause acne.

IPL’s Red and Infrared wavelengths directly target the overactive sebaceous glands.

Only Intense Pulsed Light systems can deliver wavelengths that target both the acne bacteria itself and the sebaceous glands simultaneously.

IPL Technology gives the skin a noticeably brighter glow and immediately stimulates collagen production, in addition to this, IPL treats a plethora of common skin complaints e.g.

Grades 1 – 3 Acne (Mild, Cosmetica & Vulgaris)

Facial Telangiectasia

Fine Red Superficial Leg Veins

Rosacea

Spider Naevi

Campbell de Morgan Spots

Port Wine Stains

Seborrheic Keratoses

Lentigines (Age Spots)

Solar Lentigines (Sun Spots)

Ephelides (Freckles)

Poikiloderma of Civatte

How Does ReBRIGHT Work?

ReBRIGHT uses Intense Pulsed Light (white light) at approximate wavelengths of 550-1100nm and, unlike the ER:Yag laser which targets water, these wavelengths target both melanin and oxyhaemoglobin (a protein composed of globin and heme, that gives red blood cells their characteristic colour), which makes IPL the gold-standard in eradicating both vascular and pigmented lesions.

In the case of vascular lesions (e.g. facial telangiectasia, rosacea, spider naevi, Campbell de Morgan spots, Poikiloderma of Civatte, port wine stains), Intense Pulsed Light is delivered into the skin using Lynton’s patented DynamicReflex light guide and upon reaching its target blood vessel, it instantly heats the blood, which causes it to ‘stick together’ (thermo-coagulation). The heated/dried blood then gets cleared away by the white blood cells, in a process known more formally as phagocytosis.

When using IPL to eliminate pigmented lesions (e.g. ephelides, [freckles], lentigines [age spots, liver spots], solar lentigines [sun spots etc.]) the melanin in the skin absorbs the light, which causes it to heat up. The heat created then damages the cells containing the melanin while causing minimal damage to the surrounding skin.

The destroyed lesions turn darker and may crust. Over the following weeks, they will gradually flake away from the skin, leaving little or no trace of the original mark.

It has been known for some time that acne is a photo-sensitive condition, so when utilising IPL to eliminate acne and its respective issues, (scarring, inflammation, infection etc), the shorter wavelengths seek and destroy the bacteria that causes acne: Cutibacterium Acnes (C.Acnes).

Additionally, the Red and Infrared wavelengths directly target the overactive sebaceous glands.

ONLY Intense Pulsed Light systems deliver wavelengths that target both the bacteria and the sebaceous glands simultaneously.

Am I Suitable For ReBRIGHT?

Unlike ResurFACE, ReBRIGHT uses melanin and oxyhaemoglobin (the red pigment in blood, which gives it the characteristic colour we are all familiar with) as its chromophore (target) and therefore should never be used on darker skin types.

If your skin is tanned, by the use of either sunlight, sunbeds or any other fake tanning products, you MUST wait until the colour has left your skin before you may be treated.

Fitzpatrick skin types I to III are ideal for ReBRIGHT treatments, as the levels of melanin contained therein, rarely lead to hot spots or potential burns. For Fitzpatrick skin types IV to VI, ReBRIGHT is not recommended.

*It is of vital importance that your clinician is able to accurately identify your Fitzpatrick type; this is essential to ensure your skin is well understood and therefore protected.*

Should you find yourself unsuitable for IPL skin rejuvenation, pigmentation or vascular redness removal or acneic skin issues, Clinic No 2 has a number of different modalities that yield similar fantastic results.

Once your skin has been assessed and patch test results have confirmed the ideal parameters to which the equipment should be calibrated, the step-by-step procedure continues:

1) Your skin will be cleansed and dried thoroughly, and a thin layer of clear cool gel will be applied to your skin. The gel aids the cooling of the epidermis, as well as assisting the delivery of light into the skin.

2) Protective goggles are worn to protect your eyes.

3) The ReBRIGHT 550-1100nm handpiece is held perpendicular to the area of focus (face, hands, neck etc.) with the appropriate light guide in complete contact with the skin.

4) The intense pulsed light is discharged through the light guide and into the skin, and then the guide is lifted and gently moved along to the adjacent skin until the whole area has been treated.

5) Once the first pass is complete, in accordance with the previously agreed strategy for achieving the best possible results, additional passes may proceed in the same way, if needed.

6) If ReBRIGHT is performed to remove pigmented lesions, at the end of your treatment a significant number of those lesions should have darkened or turned grey; this means the treatment has been successful, and these cells will flake away in the coming weeks, leaving the skin clear.

If you are being treated for vascular irregularities, the lesion/s may have either darkened in preparation to be driven out by the lymphatic system, or they may have been removed altogether.

7) Upon completion of the ReBRIGHT procedure, the skin may feel warm and there is usually a rosy glow evident.

ReBRIGHT treatment can be mildly uncomfortable but no anaesthesia is required.

Most people liken the feeling to a very brief ‘snap’ – similar to that of an elastic band, snapping against the skin.

Certain areas of the face and body tend to be a little more sensitive, but these are generally situated where there is less tissue padding beneath the skin: examples of this would be the backs of hands and around the forehead, where the bones and skull are fairly close to the surface.

Ideal Number of Treatments?

Improvement is evident after the first session, but for optimum results, 3 to 8 treatment sessions are often advised.

Treatment is carried out every 2 to 6 weeks, depending upon the level of rejuvenation required and the nature of the issue (scarring, pigmentation, vascular lesions etc).

Pre Treatment Checklist

1) The area to be treated should be free from make-up, perfume, deodorant and body or face creams. The skin should be shaved or trimmed if there is any hair present in the treatment area.

1) Following the ReBRIGHT treatment, the area may appear to have a heightened rosy hue and may be a little swollen. This usually lasts for a few hours, rarely more than a day. It can be minimised with the application of cold compresses. Facial swelling can be reduced by sleeping with your head raised on pillows.

If ReBRIGHT is performed to remove pigmented lesions, at the end of your treatment a significant number of those lesions should have darkened or turned grey; this means the treatment has been successful, and these cells will flake away in the coming weeks, leaving the skin clear.

If you are being treated for vascular irregularities, the lesion/s may have either darkened in preparation to be driven out by the lymphatic system, or they may have been erased altogether. Occasionally a bruise may appear in the treated area. This may last up to 15 days, and as the bruise fades there may be brown discolouration of the skin. This usually fades in 1-3 months. When larger vessels are treated they may take on a darker colour. Again this may take up to four weeks to resolve as the body re-absorbs the damaged vessels.

2) Following treatment, the area may appear red and raised and you may experience a tingling sensation. This is completely normal and should settle over the next few days.

6) Occasionally you may experience swelling or bruising and this can last anything from 1-2 days up to 1-2 weeks. If you experience swelling, it is usually worse one to two days following treatment. If it follows a treatment to a facial area, sleeping with your head raised on pillows will minimise its appearance. Ice packs will also help to reduce the swelling. If your skin is particularly sensitive and prone to histamine reactions, you may also wish to consider taking an anti-histamine medication.

7) Make-up can be applied after several hours if the skin is not sore or broken. However, we advise caution if the area is feeling sensitive. Remove make-up carefully as rubbing the skin can cause irritation or infection. If the skin in the treatment area becomes broken, then make-up should be avoided.

8) Care should be taken to avoid trauma to the treated area for 4 or 5 days afterwards.

9) Wash and bathe as normal, but take cool showers rather than hot baths. The skin should be patted dry and not rubbed. Use Lynton Light Soothe Serum to reduce irritation and keep the area moisturised and the skin protected. If there is any discomfort, treat the area as you would sunburn.

10) Use Lynton’s Light Protect Daily Defence SPF50 or an SPF 30+ and protect the area from sunlight as much as possible between treatments and for at least one month after treatment ends. Failure to do this can lead to sunburn and hyper-pigmentation of the treated area. (Most cases of changes in pigmentation occur when the treated area has been exposed to sunlight or in people with darker skin types).

11) If blistering occurs, contact the clinic immediately for further advice.

12) Keep the area clean and dry and allow it to heal naturally.

13) Do not use any lotions or creams on open skin as this may increase the risk of infection.

14) DO NOT pick grazes or blisters – as this may increase the chance of a scar occurring.

15) Once the skin has healed, a high protection sunscreen should be used daily for 12 months to prevent pigmentation changes to the skin.

ReMODEL® Faqs

BiPolar Radio Frequency (RF)

Tightening | Lifting

Gravity is known to have a particularly detrimental effect on your skin over time. A loss of firmness and sagging around the eyes and jawline (sometimes referred to as jowls) are usually the most obvious signs of ageing.

ReMODEL harnesses the power of radio waves, which cause micro-vibrations within the skin tissue to stimulate fibroblast cells; these cells then produce new collagen and elastin, creating stronger, firmer dermal tissue. This leads to a subtle lifting and tightening of the skin that can greatly improve the loss of firmness, noticeable particularly around the eye area and the jawline.

How Does ReMODEL Work?

ReMODEL uses the highly effective and well-proven technology of Bipolar Radio Frequency (known as RF) at 2MHz.   Unlike ResurFACE and ReBRIGHT, ReMODEL is neither a laser nor an IPL modality and is therefore suitable for all Fitzpatrick skins.

RF (radio frequency) targets the water molecules in the skin, and generates micro-vibrations in the tissue, resulting in advanced dermal heating. This heating stimulates new collagen and elastin growth resulting in stronger, firmer dermal tissue which leads to subtle skin lifting and tightening, for more dense, youthful-looking skin.

Am I Suitable For ReMODEL?

ReMODEL targets the skin’s water molecules, and utilises radio frequency energy, rather than a light-based energy.

As such, all Fitzpatrick skin types are suitable for ReMODEL, from Fitzpatrick I to Fitzpatrick VI.

Prior to treatment, you will undergo an advanced and comprehensive consultation, where details about your medical history are obtained in order to confirm suitability. Your skin will be carefully examined, and any skin irregularities, lesions, scars or comments will be documented.  Before proceeding, you will be asked to sign a consent form; NO patch test is required for ReMODEL.

There are a number of health issues and use of certain medications/skin preparations which may mean you are contraindicated for RF (radio frequency), in either the short term or long term:

Our treatments are truly bespoke, and it is very rare indeed that we are unable to help in some meaningful and effective way.

What Does ReMODEL Entail?

Prior to treatment, you must first undergo an advanced consultation, where details about your medical history are obtained in order to confirm suitability. Before proceeding, you will be asked to sign a consent form. NO patch test is required for ReMODEL.

A selection of anonymised photographs will be taken prior to the treatment, to accurately gauge your progress; baseline photographs are highly recommended to allow comparisons with past treatment results.

Once your skin has been assessed and suitability confirmed, the step-by-step procedure continues:

1) Your skin will be cleansed and dried thoroughly, and a thin layer of RF lotion will be applied to your skin. The lotion ensures better distribution of the RF energy to the skin and aids in driving the handpiece.

2) The ReMODEL RF handpiece is held in close contact with the area of focus (face, hands, neck etc.) and moved in slow circles and figure-of-eight movements around the area, section by section.

Each section will be heated to 39° – 40°C; once that temperature has been reached, it will be maintained for between 5 – 9 minutes.

An infrared thermometer will be used throughout the treatment, to measure the temperature and ensure continuous and accurate coverage.

3) Upon completion of the ReMODEL procedure, the skin can be red or pink in colour, which may last up to a few hours; it will also feel warm to the touch.

4) Immediately after your ReMODEL treatment, the RF lotion will be removed from your skin and followed by an application of Lynton Light Protect Daily SPF (SPF 50+).

How Does The Treatment Feel?

ReMODEL RF (radio frequency) treatments are usually described as pleasant sensations of warmth, although some patients may experience some occasional hot spots where the heat feels more intense in a concentrated area.

ReMODEL is considered the most relaxing and calming of the three 3JUVE modalities.

Ideal Number of Treatments?

Although RF (radio frequency) is not a substitute for surgery, the effects are subtle but very positive.

For optimum results, 3 to 6 treatment sessions are often advised.

Treatment is carried out every 2 to 4 weeks, depending upon the level of rejuvenation required.

Pre Treatment Checklist

1) The area to be treated should be free from make–up, perfume, deodorant and body or face creams. The skin should be shaved or trimmed if there is any hair present in the treatment area.

2) A medical history is taken at the consultation, but we rely on you to inform us of any changes to this. We need to know of any medication you are taking including those bought from a chemist or herbalist.

Post Treatment Checklist

1) Following the ReMODEL treatment, the area may be red or pink in colour, and this may last for a few hours. It will also feel warm to the touch during this time.

2) Bruising may occasionally occur after treatment in delicate areas, especially around the eyes; this can last up to 5 days but should resolve itself with no long-term effects.

3) Lynton’s Light Protect Daily Defence SPF50 or an SPF 30+ should be used after treatments, and sun exposure should be avoided one week post-treatment.

4) Make-up can be applied after several hours.

5) Immediately after treatment, contraction of your collagen fibres improve the skin’s elasticity and so your skin will appear firmer. This can be temporary as the production of new collagen takes time, and the best results are evident after your course of treatments (continuing for 3 to 6 months after the end of your course).

6) Keep the area clean and dry and allow to heal naturally.

7) Blistering is very unusual, but if it does occur, contact the clinic immediately for further advice.

8) Do not use any lotions or creams on open skin as this may increase the risk of infection.

9) DO NOT pick grazes or blisters – as this may increase the chance of a scar occurring.

10) Once the skin has healed, a high protection sunscreen should be used daily for 12 months to prevent pigmentation changes to the skin.

11) We advise monthly maintenance treatments to help maintain great results.

*For your peace of mind and well-being, at the end of your treatment you will be given an out-of-hours telephone number; your clinician will be on call 24 hours a day to answer any questions you may have*
